SOLID GRIP: Our dumbbells have a fully knurled straight handle with a 28mm diameter for weights from 5-20lbs and a 34mm diameter for weights 25lbs and above. The larger diameter provides extra comfort for heavier weights, and full knurling offers a superior grip compared to semi-knurled, “ergonomic” handles.

CONSISTENT QUALITY: Our weights are accurate to within 3% for up to 25lbs and 2% for over 30lbs. This ensures reliable performance and consistent results.
